Process Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-driven Process Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a process-oriented or data management role who is eager to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll play a key part in supporting global claims handling processes by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional communication at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operational workflows related to claims management and logistics.
• Perform accurate data entry into internal systems, ensuring completeness and compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams and international stakeholders to track case progress and resolve queries.
• Identify discrepancies or missing data and take timely corrective action.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance data and process accuracy.
• Maintain organized documentation and support audit-readiness across cases.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the operations or quality teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or claims processing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with CRM or case management tools is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize competing tasks.
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn global business processes and systems.
• A proactive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
